WORLDWIDE SHIPPING POLICIES

We ship orders WORLDWIDE. Orders in the United States must ship to a physical address. We can not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Orders received by 2:00 pm CST M-F excluding holidays, will be shipped that day. Orders received after 2:00 pm CST will be shipped the next business day.

Orders with Overnight, Second Day, and Third Day Service will be shipped the same day if received by 2:00 pm CST M-F, excluding holidays.

Temporarily Out of Stock/Backordered Products

In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date. No payments will be processed until backordered items are available.

Returns

Return Policy

We are so confident that you will be happy with Radiant Smile™, we offer you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with yours, simply return all products and materials received within 30 days of original shipment date and we will provide you with a full refund, less shipping fees. In order to expedite your request please follow these guidelines to ensure you will receive your refund:

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns cannot be processed without one.
  • A RMA must be requested within 30 days of original shipment date.
  • All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
  • Products sent back without a RMA number will not be accepted.
  • All Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The Sender is responsible for return shipping and associated fees.
  • When returning a product we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that has the ability to track packages. We are not responsible for packages lost during return and highly recommend your return be sent as an insured package.
  • Refunds will be credited within 3 weeks from the return of the product to the original form of payment.
How to Return

Please follow these easy steps to ensure processing of your return. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  1. Request a RMA number by completing the online Return Form Here
  2. Be sure to complete all highlighted areas of the form.
  3. You will receive a RMA number by email.
  4. After receiving your RMA, print the RMA number and your original Customer Order # number clearly on the package
